Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Hours

GreenDrop delivers from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week including holidays.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM may be scheduled for the next day.

2. Delivery Times

Express delivery typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on your location and order volume. Scheduled deliveries are available in 3-hour time windows.

3. Service Area

We currently serve Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Check our delivery areas page for specific ZIP codes and estimated delivery times.

4. Minimum Order

Minimum order amounts vary by delivery zone, typically ranging from $60 to $150.

First-time buyers are exempt from minimum order requirements.

5. Delivery Fee

Delivery is free for all orders that meet the minimum order requirement for your zone.

6. ID Verification

A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21+ may be required at the time of delivery. Please have your ID ready.
