Refund & Payment Policy
1. Payment Methods
GreenDrop accepts cash on delivery (COD), cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC), and wallet balance.
All prices are in US Dollars. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the current market rate.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the driver picks up your order. Once picked up, cancellation is not available.
To cancel, go to your order details page and select "Cancel Order."
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for incorrect items, damaged products, or missing items. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are credited to your GreenDrop wallet balance within 1-2 business days.
For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are processed to your wallet balance (not back to crypto).
Cash payment refunds are applied as wallet credit.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Opened products, items with broken seals, and delivery fees are generally non-refundable.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the issue by contacting our support team.
We review all disputes on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them within 48 hours.
