GreenDrop operates without interruption — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Whether the occasion calls for a midday order or something well past midnight, our concierge delivery service is available.

Around-the-Clock Availability

There are no blackout windows, no early-close evenings, and no reduced-service weekends. Every hour of every day, orders are accepted and dispatched with the same level of attention. Miami runs on its own schedule, and so do we.

Express Delivery

Our express option — delivery within 60 minutes or less — runs throughout all operating hours. During high-demand periods such as Friday and Saturday evenings, couriers are staged strategically to keep express windows responsive. We recommend ordering early on busy nights if time is a priority.

Scheduled Delivery Windows

For clients who value precision over urgency, scheduled delivery lets you select a one-hour window at checkout. Your courier plans their route accordingly and arrives within that window. This option is available any time of day, including late-night hours for those whose evenings run long.

Holiday Service

GreenDrop maintains full operations on all major holidays. Hours may be briefly adjusted on Thanksgiving and Christmas, with advance notice posted on our website and channels. For occasions like New Year's Eve and other high-demand evenings, we recommend placing orders early.

After-Hours Orders

Orders placed at any hour are accepted and confirmed. If a same-day delivery window cannot be fulfilled, your order is queued for first-available delivery and you receive a confirmation with your estimated arrival time.
