Order Confirmation

Immediately after checkout, you receive a text confirmation with your order summary, estimated delivery window, and a unique order reference. This confirmation serves as your receipt and your first point of reference should you need to contact our concierge team.

Dispatch Notification

When your order is assigned to a courier and they depart, you receive a second notification containing a real-time tracking link. This link opens a live map showing your courier's position, estimated time of arrival, and route. The tracking updates every few seconds for maximum accuracy.

En Route Updates

As your courier approaches, you will receive a proximity alert — typically when they are a few minutes away. This gives you time to prepare for the handoff without hovering by the door. Our system is designed to be informative without being intrusive.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, you receive a final confirmation text. Your order history in the GreenDrop app updates immediately, and you can leave a review or rating for your experience. This feedback helps us maintain the standards our clientele expects.
