What Is Your Tipping Policy?
At GreenDrop, we believe in compensating our couriers fairly so that tipping remains what it should be — a genuine expression of appreciation, not an obligation.
Our Philosophy
Every GreenDrop courier receives competitive compensation that reflects the professionalism and care they bring to each delivery. We do not structure our pay in a way that makes couriers dependent on tips. This means that when you tip, it is a bonus — not a subsidy for inadequate wages.
How to Tip
If you wish to show your courier extra appreciation, cash at the door is the simplest and most direct method. There is no minimum or expected amount — any gesture is received with gratitude. Some clients tip a few dollars, others are more generous, and many do not tip at all. All are equally welcome and equally well-served.
When Tipping Feels Right
- Your courier navigated challenging weather to reach you on time
- The delivery was executed flawlessly and with exceptional professionalism
- You appreciate the extra mile — literally, if you are in one of our extended zones
- You simply want to brighten someone's day
What Tips Mean to Our Team
While not necessary, tips are deeply appreciated by our courier team. They go directly to the individual who served you — GreenDrop does not take any portion. It is a direct, personal acknowledgment of a job well done.
Service Without Strings
Whether you tip generously, modestly, or not at all, the quality of your GreenDrop experience never varies. Every client receives the same white-glove treatment, the same punctuality, and the same care. That is a promise.
