What We Need From You
To ensure a smooth delivery, include the following in your delivery instructions:
- Building name and address: Some complexes have multiple buildings — specify which one.
- Unit or apartment number: Essential for your courier to find you efficiently.
- Gate or lobby access code: If your building requires one for entry, please include it.
- Elevator instructions: Multiple elevator banks? Specify which one serves your floor.
- Parking guidance: Visitor parking, loading zone, or valet procedures — any information helps.
- Concierge building: Let us know if deliveries should go through the front desk.
Concierge Buildings
Many Miami luxury buildings have concierge desks that manage deliveries. Our couriers are experienced with these protocols and will work with your building's staff professionally. If you prefer to receive the delivery personally rather than through the concierge, note that in your instructions and we will accommodate.
High-Security Buildings
Some buildings require pre-authorization for delivery access. If your building has such a policy, consider adding our delivery line to your authorized visitor list or meeting your courier in the lobby. Our concierge team can coordinate in advance if needed.
Lobby Drop-Off
If building access is restricted or you prefer not to have a courier come to your unit, a lobby handoff is always an option. Simply note this preference and your courier will text you upon lobby arrival. Our discreet packaging ensures that the nature of the delivery remains private.
