Can I Return Products?
Cannabis products present unique challenges for returns due to regulatory requirements and the nature of the products themselves. GreenDrop's policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and firmly on the side of client satisfaction.
Standard Return Policy
Once a cannabis product has been delivered and the sealed packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned or resold due to safety and regulatory requirements. This is an industry-wide standard, not a GreenDrop-specific limitation. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 24 hours of delivery under certain circumstances.
Quality Guarantee
GreenDrop stands behind the quality of every product in our collection. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, mislabeled, or otherwise does not meet the quality standards you expect from us, we will make it right. Contact our concierge team with details and, if possible, a photo. We will arrange a replacement, issue a wallet credit, or provide an alternative resolution — typically within the same day.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that differs from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will dispatch the correct product to you at no charge and arrange retrieval of the incorrect item if applicable. This is our error, and we resolve it with urgency and at our expense.
Satisfaction Concerns
If a product simply was not to your liking — the effects were not what you expected, the flavor did not appeal, or it otherwise did not meet your personal preferences — we encourage you to reach out. While personal preference is not grounds for a return, our concierge team can help you identify products more aligned with your tastes for future orders. We may also offer a goodwill credit in certain circumstances.
Reporting Timeline
We ask that quality concerns be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to investigate promptly, address the issue while details are fresh, and take corrective action with our suppliers if necessary. Earlier reporting always leads to faster resolution.
