Exterior Discretion

Our outer packaging is entirely unmarked. No brand name, no product description, no indication of contents is visible from the outside. Whether your order is collected at a lobby desk or left at your door, it presents as an ordinary parcel. This discretion is consistent across all product categories.

Tamper-Evident Seals

Each package is secured with tamper-evident closures. An intact seal when you receive the delivery is confirmation that the contents have not been accessed since leaving our facility. We consider this a baseline assurance, not an optional feature.

Climate-Aware Design

Miami's ambient conditions — heat, humidity, and the occasional sudden downpour — can compromise product integrity. Edibles and temperature-sensitive concentrates are packed with thermal insulation. Flower arrives in humidity-regulated containers that preserve the moisture levels producers work carefully to achieve. Your selections arrive as selected.

Interior Arrangement

Inside the outer packaging, each item is individually secured to prevent movement during transit. Product labels remain clearly legible. Any documentation accompanying your order — confirmation details, promotional materials, or a personal note if requested — is placed neatly within.

We evaluate our packaging materials for environmental impact alongside functional performance. Our choices favor recyclable and low-waste options, and this assessment is ongoing as better alternatives become available.
